My Inventory of Being is a piece of writing I wrote torwards the beginning of the quarter it was one of the first things we posted on blackboard (the main college communication website for many classes) as a class. The assignment was to write a poetic piece that expressed who we are and our dislikes and likes. I decided to put it in my English portfolio because it was one of the pieces I wrote that really expressed who I was as a person, what I believe, and the things I appreciate in life. For example "I love lemonade all year round, and walking on the beach barefoot with the sand in my toes." I also believe it is one of the few pieces that showed my personality and creative writing style.
